From finding the property, through its transformation, to delivery, and well beyond.

You have a vision. I take on its complexity, and see it through.

What's truly exceptional is rarely accessible to everyone. Access takes time, relationships, and trust. I start by understanding precisely what you're looking for, then give shape to what you had in mind.

Real estate agent, civil-law notary, architect, contractor, artisan: on an exceptional project, the parties multiply. I select them or work alongside those you already trust, oversee them, and bring them together in your name, working with your tax and legal advisors from the earliest stage so that the acquisition is structured around your interests. You have a single point of contact. I answer for the final result, and keep you informed at every key decision, never left chasing updates. Discretion runs through the entire mandate, with the security of the property considered from the outset.

I find the property, often one most buyers avoid, because they dread the renovation it requires. It creates far greater potential for value, and lets you shape a home that reflects exactly the way you want to live: a place that’s yours alone, not anyone else’s.

"My fear was ending up in someone else's apartment. I got mine, sharper" client, 200 m², Paris 14th.

My network, built through my own investments and client projects, gives me access to properties and experts that rarely reach the open market. I surround myself with the best in each discipline, vetted through direct experience or recognized as such by their peers. Some, architects and craftsmen among them, rarely take on new clients.

And the relationship doesn’t end at handover. I remain responsible for the property over time: coordinating maintenance, specialist interventions and household teams.

It takes access that cannot be bought, judgment, an eye, and absolute discretion. Few hold all four.

The rigor of numbers. An eye for place.

I spent ten years at Google, leading strategic partnerships worth billions of dollars for some of Europe’s largest retail, travel and hospitality clients, including their AI and GenAI transformation.

Before that, I spent a decade in finance and strategy at Lehman Brothers and Lagardère, advising C-suite executives, followed by two startups. I’m a graduate of ESSEC, one of France’s top three business schools.

Board memberships: since 2023 at Orabank, a pan-African banking group present in twelve countries, on the Ethics & Governance and HR & Compensation committees; since 2021 at ALIMA, an international medical NGO.

These experiences taught me to read complex situations fast, align people with different languages and interests, work in demanding international environments, and stay accountable for the outcome.

Aligning experts with different interests around a single outcome has always been my craft. It’s also my passion. I apply it to real estate today.

A collector's eye.

It goes back to childhood.

My grandmother was a Nana Benz, one of the legendary West African women who built thriving businesses trading wax fabric. She imported and exported it across continents. My mother dealt in art and rare craftsmanship. I’ve long worked with small ateliers on made-to-measure clothing, and with jewelers on bespoke pieces. I also collect art: painting, sculpture, and photography, spanning several eras, with a particular depth in contemporary African work. That same passion gives me access to galleries and art advisors when a project calls for it.

I grew up paying close attention to the quality of materials and the precision of execution. My aesthetic sensibility reveals the best version of your taste, never mine.

Identify what deserves to be preserved. See what can be transformed. Understand what will give a property its value and character.
